Greg Hansen is the Chief Executive Officer of Care Services and is fueled by a passion for innovation, process improvement and customer care. He brings more than two decades of health care, pharmacy benefit management and executive leadership experience to his current position.

Ashley Fifield is the President of Care Services and is driven by a commitment to strategic growth and relationship excellence. With 17 years of experience spanning pharmacy benefit management, health plans, and healthcare technology, she has consistently exceeded performance expectations while leading complex client engagements.

As Chief Financial Officer, Tom Riddle brings 17 years of accounting knowledge from public, non-profit, and industry sectors. Relying on his expertise in accounting and administrative oversight, operational efficiency, and process enhancement, Tom provides strong financial leadership and organizational effectiveness to Care Services.

Shanon Lanasa is the Chief Operating Officer for Care Services and draws on more than 30 years’ experience in PBM and health care operations.  Her passion is leading and developing individuals and teams; her mission is to turn customers into evangelists.  In her role as Chief Operating Officer, Shanon is responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, including account management, provider network management, courier dispatch and management, and call center operations.

Josh Schwingler is the Chief Strategy Officer for Care Services with more than fifteen years of experience in pharmacy strategy and product development. In his role as Chief Strategy Officer, Josh is responsible for piloting, managing, and developing products.

Shawn Edwards is the Chief Information Officer for Care Services with more than twenty-five years of experience in software development and data services, and over a decade leading successful IT teams. In his role as Chief Information Officer, Shawn is responsible for developing and maintaining the technology resources for Care Services.
