Greg Hansen is the Chief Executive Officer of Care Services and is fueled by a passion for innovation, process improvement and customer care. He brings more than two decades of health care, pharmacy benefit management and executive leadership experience to his current position.

Jim Shepherd is the Chief Financial Officer for Care Services with more than two decades of experience in healthcare finance and public accounting. Drawing on his expertise in auditing, team building, and healthcare industry operations, Jim provides strategic financial leadership and oversees all fiscal and accounting functions for the organization.

Elaine Walsh, Chief Operating Officer for Care Services, has more than two decades of experience in PBM operations. She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, including the call center, provider network management, courier dispatch and management, program reporting and account management.

Josh Schwingler is the Chief Strategy Officer for Care Services with more than fifteen years of experience in pharmacy strategy and product development. In his role as Chief Strategy Officer, Josh is responsible for piloting, managing, and developing products.

Shawn Edwards is the Chief Information Officer for Care Services with more than twenty-five years of experience in software development and data services, and over a decade leading successful IT teams. In his role as Chief Information Officer, Shawn is responsible for developing and maintaining the technology resources for Care Services.
