Care Services, LLC, the parent company of MedCallRx, InMedRx, GeriScriptRx, Complete Delivery Solution and Hospice Pharmacy Solutions, is pleased to announce that Terry Ramey has joined our team as chief operating officer for our backup pharmacy (MedCallRx, InMedRx and GeriScriptRx) and Complete Delivery Solution divisions.

As COO, Terry is responsible for directing, administering and coordinating the division’s operational activities to support customer success.

“I’m excited to be serving as COO where I’m able to leverage my experience in long-term care, pharmacy benefit management and health care logistics to support customers in patient care delivery,” said Terry. “I’m looking forward to meeting our customers – both remotely and in person – as market conditions permit, but I want everyone to know that I’m immediately available should you need to get in touch.”

Terry has more than 30 years of healthcare operations, IT, and executive leadership experience and is known for increasing customer loyalty and building customer-centric cultures.

Prior to joining Care Services, he served as COO/CIO at Amada Senior Care of South Jersey where he was responsible for supporting over 150 clinical and professional staff members. He’s also worked in executive leadership positions at other health care and pharmacy benefit management companies, including RxAdvance, AmeriHealth Caritas, parent company of PerformRx, and Cigna Health Services.
