Weather Emergencies
In cases of natural disaster or other weather emergencies, we support you by moving prescription processing to an alternate pharmacy location in your city, or wherever your residents have been relocated. During these weather-related events, our team will coordinate prescription processing at operating pharmacies, providing your patients continued access to needed medications until normal processes can resume.

EDUCATION AND TRAINING RESOURCES
Our program is very easy to use, but we provide initial and ongoing training to make sure you are set up for success. During your on-boarding process, our account management team will conduct in-person or online training for your staff.
We make sure that each person using the program understands the benefits of our services and how to best utilize us. We also provide training for pharmacies to facilitate a smooth process after go-live.
If you experience staff turnover, we also provide on-demand training. Our account managers and pharmacy support representatives will coordinate training whenever it is needed.
